Do you wholesale?
Yes, we do wholesale. Please send us an email with your details requirements, we will quote accordingly.

Do you have printed catalogue?
We do not have printed catalogue as we display all our designs and sizes at our website only.
Do you have product exactly of the same color as shown in the picture?
We have products exactly in the same color as shown in the picture. However, due to monitor settings some colors may be shown in different shades because of digitization however we do our best to display the actual color of the product.

Can I order product in different color and size than displayed in the picture?
We generally have the products exactly in the same color and sizes as shown in the picture. If you need the same product in a different color and size you may contact us for further information.

How the bust/chest sizes are displayed at your website website?
We display tunic tops and other dresses sizes as per actual measurement. Bust/chest: With your arms at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, across shoulder blades and under arms. Bust/chest sizes displayed at our website are based on body measurement NOT actual apparel measurement. Actual apparel measurement is 3-4 inches more than the displayed bust/chest measurement. e.g. if shirt's actual bust/chest measurement is 44 inches, we display it as 40 inches.

How can I get more information about the product?

Can I place my order on phone?
Currently we are not accepting orders on phone.

Why am I not able to increase the quantity of the item am trying to order?
We might not have the quantity you want in our stock. That could be the reason our shopping cart does not allow you to increase the quantity. Please email us at contact@mapleclothing.com with your detailed requirement, we will provide availability information accordingly. Due to the unique nature of our products; most of our products are available in a single unit only. We might have similar items in stock but never identical pieces. Of course, there are certain items where we have multiple pieces available in our inventory.

Is it safe to purchase at your website using credit card?
We accept credit card information at secure servers of Paypal and Shopify and never store credit card information in our database. Yes, we can send you replacement against the cost the item returned to us. You will be charged the shipping charges for the new item you select. URL (web form link) will be emailed to you through which you can pay for the shipping charges.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless you have received a wrong or faulty item. Please note:

What is the procedure of returning an item I do not like?

Yes, you can buy even a single item from our website as an individual as prices displayed are retail prices.

Do accept credit card / debit card?
Yes, we do accept all major credit and debit cards, which include Master, Visa, Amex and JCB cards.

I do not have a Paypal account, can I still buy from your online store?
You do not need to have Paypal account to make payment there. You can select an option to make payment quickly using your credit card without opening any account.

I do not want to use my credit card on Internet. What other payment options you have?
We accept payment through Western Union money transfer, Money order. We do accept cheques from Canada and United States customers.
